Refund and Return Policy
It is my goal to make sure my customers are as pleased with their fine art purchases as possible. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy, and then contact me at email@example.com for further steps:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds and returns are available within fourteen (14) days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and all prints must be in their original packaging. Items not returned in their original condition or returned outside of the 14 day window will not be refunded.
Sale items will be refunded at the sale purchase price, not at the original item price.
Exchanges may only be may if items arrive defective or damaged. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for approval on an item exchange.
To return your product, please mail the artwork to the address provided upon your return approval. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
